Activation Error 1002

Hi,

Apologies if i'm doing something wrong, but i've just installed Shreddage 2 and am trying to activate it, the serial number i was given is showing as correct within Kontakt but then i get an error 1002 saying that the serial number is already registered in another user account?? I'm pretty sure i only have one account as i've only installed kontakt player etc today.

I had no problem with the factory sounds activation for kontakt and the other serial number i got for the Revalver worked also. I just want to have a fully activated Shreddage

Any help would be great!

Very strange, did you get the full version, a bundle, or an upgrade from the original?

it is the Shreddage 2 with the Kontakt 5 player, no upgrade, completely new install. Just tried removing the library and adding it back in again, but no luck, i didn't know whether the serial number would time out (clutching at straws) as i've had the email for a couple of days before i've extracted and installed all of the folders.

Just a quick reply to say the new serial number worked a treat and all is well Thanks for the quick response / help.

ps. Where do I find the shreddage presets for Revalver, i saw on the videos a "chug" preset etc. I have the factory presets (0.bank) but no (1.bank)...apologies again, always another question, damn beginner!!

Hi

Just to note I appear to have the same problem as you. I have emailed support and waiting for a reply. Wondering if it is a system error as I note you had this problem only this very weekend. The serial number appears fine, but upon activation appears to be registered to another account.

I am hoping someone is around on Sunday as I was really planning some music !
