My purchased shreddage 2 serial is already taken

Just purchased shreddage 2 went to register my serial they gave me is already taken. Contacted them no response

There was an error in the system that caused a bunch of existing serials to be sent to new customers - I apologize for the inconvenience, we think we have it fixed moving forward but of course I know it's still frustrating. We generally respond to support emails in <24 hours so hopefully you should have a response by now!
