Trouble with the download.

I purchased Shreddage 2 a few days ago, and have not been able to even get the product. When I downloaded the .rar files my unzip program would tell me a file was broken. I tried to redownload the files and this happened several times. I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation since this was over a hundred dollars to purchase. Did anyone else go through this? Honestly the whole experience has given me the impression Impact Soundworks is not a company I'll purchase from again.

Problems with a download are typically due to your isp or your browser, not the file server.
If you are on Windows, did you use winrar? If not, try it.
I've bought a few products from Impact Soundworks and had no problem with the download. I have had problems with Internet Explorer with downloads though which is why I use Firefox.

I apologize for the difficulty here. This is most commonly caused by trying to download multiple files at once and/or an ISP/browser problem as bigjerome mentioned. Our files are hosted on Amazon S3 which is the fastest and most reliable server farm in the world, and according to the server status, everything is currently up and running properly on that end.

We'd be happy to reactivate your links if you need to try re-downloading - I recommend trying to do just ONE file at a time with no download manager, using a modern browser like Chrome, as these are rather large files (400mb each). Drop us a line at support@impactsoundworks.com with your e-junkie transaction ID and we can reactivate the links very quickly.

Also remember that you need only extract the FIRST rar file (part1) - the rest will unpack automatically!
