BR:: 4.3.1 Waves stereo field strange - plugins scanned are 1 in/2 out all of them?

I loaded a Dorroughs meters and found that stereo field changed significantly when active.

Disable, it sound as it should.

I think it's related to how it's treated as one input - even if stereo version.

Looked further into loaded settings for plugin scan - and saw that all Waves plugins were 1 in and 2 out - either way they were mono, mono/stereo or stereo versions.

Looking in Reaper you see the difference and inputs and outputs follow as expected.

I saw a note from someone a while back about stereo fields with Waves.
