Doesn't have a GUI unless you dl the framework from ASSECA, but if you use it in something like Studio One 2, it creates quite a nice default GUI for you. Very usable, very light, very free...
All the respected Compressor Heads have been blahing on about it for years on KVR, and I only recently got around to trying it out, but yes, it is that good I would say.
