I am test driving Acoustica 7.47 as a tool to record from Vinyl and then create flac files for playback. efficiently Splitting tracks is very important. on the help website under track splitting i'm instructed to do the following:
Adding a Track Split
1.Move the mouse cursor the beginning of the track you want to add in the waveform view.
2.Click the plus button below the track list.
Seems simple but i cannot find a track list with a plus button.
also under preferences and keyboard shortcuts under the edit tab there is an entry "add a track split". There is an option to add a keyboard shortcut but when i do and use the allocated key, nothing happens.
any help would be appreciated

The track splits are only available in the Cleaning Wizard, but you can create regions and export these to separate files from the clip editor. These regions are also created automatically when using the Edit > Automatic Editing > Automatic Track Splitting tool as suggested above, so it should be a good starting point for manual corrections.
