Mapping CC-values from physical XY-pad to first XY-modulator in BW via script

I have a ROLI Seaboard. When you take first XY-modulator, the XY-pad is automatically linked with this modulator.

Now I am making a script for another HW-controller (M-Audio Code 49) and while mapping the faders to the remote controler page knobs works perfectly fine, I have not found out yet, what are the commands in a script to link any MIDI CC to the X- and Y-axis of the first XY-modulator. Or iis it even possible tom map MIDI CC to the first YX and others to the second modulator and so on?

Anybody some hints?
