It inserts a connecting note that leads to the first note of the next phrase.
You can set the direction (approach/opposite) and whether 1 or 2 connecting notes are inserted.
It makes sense to use it for monophonic phrases.
Thanks,
Attila

it just adds a note, or two, at the end of a phrase nearest the next note beginning in the following phrase. You should try it to see what I mean. Add it in, then disable it/re-enable it to see. it may not work on some phrases..

Thanks for your question!
By "old themes" do you mean the old UI themes? Yes, I think they will work. Save the theme in a file, and you can import it into v5.
I am putting the final touches to the beta version. This update is a great opportunity to use the latest SDKs and get rid of obsolete things like 32-bit binaries. I am thinking of removing the RC VST2 plug-in provided that no one objects... By today all DAWs support VST3 plug-ins and maintaining this old format with all the plug-in window resizing hacks is not easy. Hosting VST2 instruments will remain in the program.
Thanks,
Attila
