Volume controls

Hi there people!

First of all I would like to greatly thank Aaron Rutledge for his wonderful work with Tweakbench. His plugins are awesome and it's absolutely amazing to have them(including this nice support forum)for free.

I've been using some of them for about a week and I am a little confused about how to deal with volume. Some of them (like Ritual) have a main section with a volume knob, that works perfectly. Some of them (like Padawan) have a mix section that works great. But some of them (like Monomate) do not have nothing similar. How do you usually adjust volume with the ones like Monomate? Is there a way I can adjust this via my VST host?
