Shop won't let me order.

I'd like to order Shreddage 2 & Shreddage Bass. But whatever I do, I can't put it into the cart. Clicking on the "+" sign on the product picture, or the "Add to cart", or even dragging it, doesn't do anything atall. JavaScript and Cookies on, tried it with Safari and with Chrome (OSX 10.8.3) and on the iPad. No luck whatsoever. Any idea?

Hey there, I apologize for the difficulty! I've just tested this myself in multiple browsers, and asked some friends with different setups to test as well, but I'm not able to replicate the problem.

What SHOULD happen is that when you add an item to the cart (by dragging or by clicking the 'cart+' icon), you should see a box popup in the middle of the screen. Not a new window, but an overlay showing what's in your cart and giving you the option to check out or continue shopping. If you're saying you are not seeing ANYTHING happen at all, I recommend clearing your cache and then reloading the page. It's possible that there was a temporary problem with the server, but now your computer/browser is just loading the cached version of the problematic page.

So in short - clear your cache in Chrome/Safari, give it a shot again. You might also try going to an individual product page and using the big "Add to Cart" button, see if that makes any difference. We'll get this sorted out one way or the other.

thanks for checking this out!

I've now succeeded ordering the products using my PC at the office, running Windows XP and Firefox. This worked as expected. Could be a Mac/Safari/Chrome related problem, perhaps you'd like to check it out for your Mac customers.

Anyway, all is good now, and I'm very much looking forward working with your libraries!
