cant get kuassa vermillion license to download into license file

hi completely confused here,i purchased vermillion and registered it to my kuassa account and when i try to download the license file i cant unless i use notepad etc then all i get is a tree view.i go to install the amp open it click file to look for the license and theres nothing there,using windows 10,what am i doing wrong,uninstalled the amp and reinstalled it several times now with the same results i'd be grateful for any help please.
