macProVideo.com has announced the release of Reason 5 & Record 1.5 video tutorials.
The first title is a 2.5 hour tutorial called Kong: King of Drums. Comprised of 54 separate videos, this tutorial provides a comprehensive exploration of Kong's beat-making features including using samples, physical modelling, and synthesis to create powerful drum sounds. This title is produced by Mo Volans, a veteran technical author and Reason user.
The second title is called Core Propellerhead Record. Produced by G.W. Childs IV, this 2.5 hour tutorial contains 40 separate videos that provide deep insight into the inner workings of the Record software. Record has unlimited tracks, a powerful mixer modelled after the SSL 9000K with FX, EQ and dynamics processing on every track. You can also access every synth and effect in Reason’s rack. From basic set-up techniques to audio Time Stretching and the new Blocks feature, G.W. shows you how to record and produce your musical ideas into finished tracks with Record.
Both titles are available now for Streaming and HD Download from macProVideo.com. The cost is $29.50 per title, or for $25 per month you can get unlimited access to macProVideo.com's Online Tutorial Library which includes these new Reason 5 titles, as well as over 180 other software tutorials.
