Muse Research, the owner of KVR, has released new "User Installable" installers for Native Instruments' Kontakt v2.1.1, Guitar Rig v2.0.2 and Kompakt v1.0.8, allowing Receptor owners to install and authorize these plug-ins on Receptor using NI's authorization system.

Kontakt v2.1.1 notes:

IMPORTANT: You CANNOT install this Kontakt 2.1.1 update if you have Akoustik Piano 1.0.0.014 (build 3) installed on your Receptor. An updated version of Akoustik Piano to resolve this problem will be available shortly and will be required to be installed before installing this Kontakt 2.1.1 update.

Kompakt notes:

The "User Installable" method of plug-in installation is now the standard method for installing Native Instruments plug-ins on Receptor. This version of Kompakt supercedes the existing iLok protected version; "User Installable" versions of Pro-53 and FM7 will be forthcoming. However, the iLok protected version is still available for download for existing users.

Guitar Rig 2 notes:

The Rig Kontrol 2 hardware and the Loop Machine feature of Guitar Rig 2 are NOT currently supported on Receptor.
