Monkey Tools has updated Library Monkey Pro and Sound Grinder Pro to v1.1.7 (and Library Monkey to v3.1.7 and Sound Grinder to v3.3.7).
Changes in LM / SG Pro v1.1.7:
- Fixed an issue where selecting an individual Audio or Video track could cause a crash or other errant behavior.
- Fixed various Movie Preview issues:
- Fixed an issue where previewing a movie, selecting a different asset, then adjusting the UI would cause a crash.
- Fixed an issue where changing playback position of a movie while the movie was paused would not updated the image.
- Fixed an issue where if the movie was paused, when resizing the movie preview area, the movie would not redraw until play resumed, and sometimes would leave artifacts.
- Fixed an issue with Smart Sets: Fixed an issue where text matching involving case insensitivity was not performed correctly.
- Removed the keyboard equivalents for the Services menu items since these caused conflicts for many users.
- Fixed issues with Find Peak action:
- Fixed crash that would occur if performing Insert Silence followed by Find Peak.
- Fixed an issue where the selection info was not updated after performing Find Peak.
- Fixed minor issue with Loop, Marker, and Region name suggestion: Fixed an issue such that if you create a loop, marker, or region with the name "1", the next time you create one, the suggested name will be "2" instead of " 2".
- Fixed an issue importing SD2 Annotation as ProTools File Comment: Fixed an issue where SD2 Annotations were incorrectly read.
- Fixed an issue in Import Database Fields: Fixed an issue that could generate spurious error messages when importing Database fields.
- Fixed an issue regarding custom output file naming: Fixed an issue where fields would be "???" instead of their metadata values.
- Modified Convert Session Save Functionality: Significantly modified the Convert Session save functionality to be much faster, use minimal memory during save, and create session files that are approximately half of the previous size.
- Fixed an issue when zooming in with the Waveform Editor: Fixed an issue where an alert would be triggered often when zooming in.
- Fixed an issue that would cause a crash when saving Waveform Editor Sessions.
- Fixed an issue when specifying a metadata source field that itself has a specified value where the specified value would be used instead of the value from the original asset.
- Fixed an issue with reading files from Audio CDs: Added a patch to workaround an issue where other apps may cause references to files on Audio CDs to point to the CD itself. This is only necessary on Mac OS X before 10.5.6.
- Fixed a conversion issue: Fixed an issue where it was not possible to convert directly from DVI/Intel IMA ADPCM to MPEG4 Audio.
- General enhancements: This version contains several other fixes and enhancements providing greater stability and efficiency.
