VST Zone has released a beta version of Alpha Pegasi, a synthesizer with four oscillators, each containing 86 instruments in 6 categories, Gate, Three-band EQ, Delay, Envelope, Vibrato, and many more. It is designed especially for Pad and Synth sounds, but with full-spectrum modulation it can produce miscellaneous atmospheric effects.
