every time i open alpha 3.2 in cubase 6.0.5 64bit,the presets arent showing in the preset windo for alpha 3.i have to click on the folder icon and point to a bank, then when i click on a preset in a bank the preset banks then show in alpha interface.
any ideas?

I guess that the Alpha Banks are no longer where they are expected to be, this can happen for a number of reasons, e.g. manually moved folders, moved plugin, changed drive letter, when migrating windows (e.g. Vista -> 7), or when moving from a 32 bit to a 64 bit host.
A fresh install of Alpha should fix this.

The update is Mac only, as we have no known issues on PC.

In this case I would recommend to manually clean the registry from anything that reads "Alpha" in the Registry (HKEY_CurrentUser/Software/LinPlug). I guess you moved from 32 to 64 bit recently ?
