EDGE
EDGE is a subharmonic synth, which means that if you feed it audio the resulting output will be your audio plus extra low bass.

Unlike most bass enhancers, it doesn't just boost the bass or shape the lower frequencies. What it does is takes the input signal and creates a bass signal one (or even two) octaves lower than the original.

Because not every signal is a simple sine wave, there is input filtering which effectively gives the plugin a more simple waveform to process.

This thing is the bomb.
From the bass enhancers that i've tried, this gives me the fuller, punchier, most pleasant bass and low end i've found.
It just gives you the bass you want. Fat ass indeed.

Interface is really simple and functional.
With the pitch control you find the sweet spot frequency, with the resonance you can make it growl quite a bit, or not.
Mix knob you can probably guess what it does and there's a button that makes the wet signal be two octaves below the input instead of the normal one octave.

I really like the simplicity and the sound of it, it's super easy to dial in just the sound you want. Try it with diferent source material, like bass, obviously, but also toms, bongos, anything with a bit of low end.

Feature wise it's a very goo one trick pony, comes with a text file explaining the features, there is midi cc control of the parameters for automation as well.

No presets included or needed!
They provide support via email, so i give them a 9 because it's a freebee.

Didn't crash and value for money - it's free and it's great!
