Rick Wakeman Model EThe first soundset for Steinberg's Model E comes from none other than Rick Wakeman, (Yes, David Bowie, etc.), and contains 128 classic sounds replicated from his trademark Minimoog performances. Rick states "At one point I had nine Minimoogs, each one sounding slightly different. The Model E offers a good balance of Mooglike tones and my hope is that you find a few sounds here that will get your own creative juices flowing."
128 Sounds including; You and I, Catherine Parr, Close to the Edge, Hold On, Topographic and many more.
Richard Barbieri - Pro 52The second soundset for Native Instruments' Pro-52 contains 128 sounds programmed by Richard Barbieri (Japan, Rain Tree Crow and Porcupine Tree), and features highlights from his Prophet 5 archives compiled from over 15 years worth of programming. Sounds were transferred via SysEx from a Prophet 5 into the Pro-52, and then converted into 128 individual patches plus two banks of 64 sounds.
Richard Barbieri's 'Signature Sounds' include; Cross Mod Gamelans, Grainy Wheel Melody, Intro Pad, Slo Filter Drone, Odd Tune Ethnic and more.
