Omnisphere, the old Alchemy v1.55 before Apple removed that feature, Chromaphone, Zebra of course too.
I think Falcon too but for some reasons i often can´t get it to work (maybe user fault).

(then there would be some iOS synths for those who have one and integrate that into a set-up like Sunrizer and soon maybe Zeeon and apps like Wilsonic, Shoom, Synthscaper and a few others let you do nice mircotonal things you can´t do with any plug-in).

In general i would like that every synth/instrument had that option.

Reaktor user library has macros and blocks which allow for alternate tunings, but many of them only for 12-note scales and no support for tun files.

Kontakt - with internal micro tuner script or import a script exported from scala.
FM8 - import .mid (sysex) made in scala.
Absynth - internal micro tuner.

Instruments with microtonal support
