Hi all,
I wondered if anybody else has experienced this issue with Iris 2...
Everything plays back perfectly normally within Cubase, no problems whatsoever. On exporting audio mixdown however IRIS 2 sometimes ignores filter cutoff automation. Not only that, but it appears to do it sporadically; sometimes it'll export fine, sometimes not... It would also appear that the problem goes from one instance of Iris to another - i.e. it isn't always the same VST instrument that has the issue, one minute it'll be the pads, the next it'll be the leads, etc.
Absolutely infuriating. Am I the only one with this problem?
Thanks in anticipation.

Hello..
I used a lot of brain cells to get used to Iris 2 and now that I have a great patch in a track, my export seems to ignore my automations. This is in Cubase 10.5 Pro, I tried File Export mixdown, whole track as well as vsti only, also tried midi clips Render in place (to audio). No luck.
Exception is that the Volume automation seems to work, but the patch does not change after that. When I simply play the project back I get my distortion send and sample 1 mix parameters all moving.
All I can think is now I have to record it out into another computer or something crazy, or abandon it.

Hey I never would have thought of that. Noob at creative routings.poonna wrote: Sun Dec 13, 2020 6:27 am Probably routing to another track and recording on it real-time could work.
Thanks so much for the reply.
It actually works
