i've downloaded these twice now but cannot find where mega is putting them on my PC. When I click download, the files start downloading without any option to specify where they end up. They're not in my Downloads folder and search doesn't find them. Any help appreciated

If the download was successful, it should show in your browser's 'Downloads' history. If you find it, there should be a little folder icon you can click or a 'Show in Folder' option which will take you to the file location.

Mega can be a little tricky. IIRC, you have to click at least 2 different places to actually download. The first click just prepares the zip file, the second click starts the download, etc.

Thanks, but mega uses its own downloader which doesn't show in my browser history. The zip downloaded twice but is nowhere to be seen. Or at least, I can't find it

It shows in my browser history. Looking at it again, it just downloaded it as a '1 Year Of Vital.vitalbank' file, if that helps. Maybe right-clicking it on Mega will give you some options? Try a different browser?

The download page appears in my history, but not the file location. I've tried downloading as zip and vitalpreset, I've right clicked everything I can see on the page, but no sign of either file after the download finishes. I'm using Edge and don't want to install another browser just to get some presets. Thanks all the same
