Try twitter maybe?
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Yes recently I had to contact them and I got an immediate reply, but after I replied I got nothing for a while, then then he emailed me to tell me my reply had gotten trapped in the filter so he didn't see it, hence the delay.

He seems to reply depending on his mood and will to talk to customers...AD's products are amazing but this guy is a dick imo...

this has been my experience too. From what I understand, this is how the division of labour works at Audio Damage: some guy does the actual coding of the instruments, and Chris is the 'face' of Audio Damage {possibly also helping with instrument concepts}, which means dealing with the public, administration etc.

If that's the case, as a guy doing all the 'heavy lifting' I really can't think of a worse person to have as the 'face' for your efforts. Unless of course you find it amusing or something, in which case, ya, he's perfect.

@TheoM

sounds to me like you'll need to take to some form of social media to get in touch, he seems to be always active there.

FYI, Chris designs and codes the GUIs. The other guy does the DSP under the covers.

Thanks for the clarification, so he's the face of the plugins as well as the company - so to speak ;)

Not sure why he's not responding, but...

When I asked for a refund, all I wrote was that I didn't like it and wanted a refund. I received mine within half hour of writing the email.

But, that was years ago already. He also used to occasionally post here on KVR back then too.

That's sad to hear about the missing customer support, even one year ago there was still much praise here at KVR for Chris!

Because his plugins are pretty good, I didn't have any problems with them, so I didn't ask for a refund, either...
