Opto LA2A Inspired compressor, 32/64bit Windows VST2 and Linux only! No Mac version. Sounds as good as commercial opto plugins to my ears.

Whoahhh!!! Tin Brook Tales is back!!!

Most of his stuff was fantastic back in the day! He's as much a freeware-legend from way back in the 16bit days as Bootsie is. I have no doubt that this one will totally rule!

2021 is shaping up already. Thrilled to see this as I was a fan of the original TbT plugins. Now all I need is the 64 bit version of Energy XT!

Me too, it's default on my stereo bus, his TLs Maximizer is great too, maybe even better, such underrated gems.

Just out of curiousity, is the OP TbT?, otherwise I'm wondering where that dropbox link comes from resp. why TbT hasn't announced it himself.
I thought this would actually be the official TbT place? (maybe I missed something though).

No I'm not TbT. Found the dropbox links after seeing the YT video. And then checked to see if there was any info or discussion on KVR but there wasn't. His website is well out of date now. He has other updated plugins in his dropbox but they're Linux only. I believe he has switched over full time to linux now.
