sharing just because the "Percentage of People Using Multiple DAW" part (at the middle of the page) was an interesting one, for ex. the Cubase/S1 combo usage (S1 just for mastering)

That is a given as Cubase being one of the top for so many years and it is a great DAW :) My first Sequencer from Atari days

Me too! Our studios at Milo were all Atari ST for years! I loved Cubase on the Atari. Great days :)

they can't spell Studuio :-)

what I find fascinating about Japanese society is they have the most mind blowing amazing creative film makers and the most lame cheesy music.

I’m kind of surprised at Studio One’s overall popularity, but I settled on Ableton Live a long time ago (even though I’ve bought and used Logic and Cubase some). I just didn’t pay that much attention to it when it came out. I know that Presonus sells a ton of hardware, and can’t help but wonder if much of the software’s adoption just came from it being bundled with a mixer or interface?

No, that are mostly Cubase users searching a better (read less overly complex and bloated and ugly GUI) alternative, but with more or less the same workflow.

What about the United States?

Some interesting results in there. It looks like Cubase is Big in Japan :hihi:

Studio One was created by ex-cubase devs if I’m not mistaken. Not surprising it’s growing in popularity each year.
