My advice is to do all your layout in the program of your choice (ie. Wordperfect, OpenOffice, whatever) using arbitrary picture size and resolution and then just print it. No matter what, CutePDF will perform image compression on your behalf. The results are usually quite clear, but images without a lot of contrast tend to get pooched the same way they do with .jpg compression.xoxos wrote:any advice on handling images, related to cutepdf or in general? there's some size reduction, eg. the pdf displayed concept of images at 100% is ~70%
is there some non-arbitrary size i can enlarge images to in order for them to display so people can see the crap w/o it looking humourous?
