Awww, yes, and he's (Reznor) awesome for doing that, however, there are restrctions subject to copywrite rules or somesuch thing, which I havn't bothered to read. I'm guessing that basically you can make songs freely with his stuff, you just can't turn around and make it commercial without permission.

PS. He's gonna have new samples from one of his song's (probably "Only") for both Apple and PC users, posted for download soon.
you gotta check out the "Hand THat Feeds" / "Ghostbusters" mash-up. I heard them play it in this club and the dance floor went nuts.

That type of this is a cool idea for dj/producers who will take the track and remix it so they can play it on a tarnce night or house night etc..
How can I find THAT remix? :o

One Phat Deeva Records (housey stuff) provide a production CD in their 12" vinyl containing beats, hits, loops, acapellas and more. They invite you to send a remix in!

Always worked for me for blagging promos or getting on mailing lists, so yeah, if I was at that standard I'd take that approach too.

last time i mentioned some p2p thing months ago, the rest of the thread was just people bashing me for "stealing music". hehe

strangely enough - when i was talking about how I buy all my software but I don't mind downloading a bit of music here and there when i was in a music seminar, the prof thought i was completely insane. Yet, saying that type of thing around here doesn't seem so unorthodox.
