I have the Sonic Reality Bass Collection. I'm using Sonar 4 and when I assign a track to Sampletank after having played in through my keyboard the sounds are sustained and run together as if I'd played the entire part with the sustain pedal down (which I didn't by the way) There aren't any errant pedal events in the event list on Sonar and it doesn't act that way with HyperCanvas or any other VST instrument.
Yeah, I'm a dork and new to this, so anyone out there want to offer advice. Any and all is appreciated.

Squid was right. (I suspect that is usually the case...) I uninstalled, then installed the VSTi instead of the DXi and let the Sonar VST Wrapper convert it. Works like a charm.
