To be fair with esoundz,
I prefer to edit my post (and its title) and remove specific complains :
although I did have a delivery problem and several unreplied mails for a worrysome while, it seems now solved : It took some time, but in the end my request has been adressed.

So now here's the good news : I should receive my Philharmonik copy in just a few days from now !
