i agree totally with this. already the destruction in palestine is HUGE!

One more thing I would like to see added to the website: Copies of the receipts from the charitable organizations that we are sending the money to.

I think this might just give the whole effort a little more credibility to complete outsiders.

I also agree that it's time to light the fire under the 'production and release' pot. That's easy to say, but difficult to contribute to since I don't possess the skills necessary to make it happen. Thanks again to ToTc, Kovacs, ..xander, e.a., mn, kk, freeztar, trade-marked You, and whomever else is putting the lion's share of effort into this project. It's truly an honor to be part of it.

One of the things we might be able to do to get the money flowing to the charities sooner is to pursue the idea of releasing tracks to iTunes (one of my cousin's ideas about how to promote the CD) with payment going direct to one of the charities.

Sounds good Scott. Also, I think we get some sort of certificate from the RC and Habitat to put on the site as well. Maybe Freezey knows more about this.

Yeah -- I don't know about iTunes -- maybe you have to have 'label' support? Do they do indies?

Interesting thought though.

Let me go through my files...they contacted me a year or so ago...also like I said before music choice on the digital cable also likely would play it...I'll dig both up and contact them, but it will probably go until Monday before I get an answer...

I'm back from my photograpgy holiday up in the lake district...

Had a great time and managed to take about 600 pictures. So have a lot of sorting out to do here... but I'll get on sorting the T-shirts out straight away...

Great idea! This is definitly going to happen.

Kovacs has been keeping good records on all the orders, and when the donation money is handed over, records will be kept of that as well. I'll coordinate with him on that when he gets back from vacation.
