Yeah, I need a VST plugin that can report Plugin Delay (in samples) to the host... Just a slider/knob to adjust the latency (and the number showing) reported back to the host. It have to let the audio thrugh (stereo/mono) and not delay the audio at all, just intend it does :)
It should be very easy for developers to do a free one !? ;)

...Can anyone please help me out ?

TRN, since almost no hosts support real-time latency updating for a single given plug-in, such approach won't work.

You may use Voxengo Latency Delay, but it reports a static 10000 samples latency and then delays the signal by the amount you specify.

Hmmm.. I reckon you could store the latency somewhere, ini or registry and each time the plugin is reloaded it changes it's value

But then again, it's 3am and I think I'm asleep :)

This approch will work, as I allready know the delay of the audio... I just want a plugin that can adjust the latency-report to the host. Each project of mine have several audio inputs with different audio latency, and everything would run way smoother if I could just set the latency with a plugin...

Some of the reason for this is because I use a VSTi(FLStudio) to send MIDI into a MIDI-channel on the host, then the host resend the MIDI out to 2 different hardware-synths, and then the audio back into different audio-tracks..
Both of these hardware-synths have several audio channels, with different delay.
But the plugin (FLStudio) also plays drums, so syncing all this shit together is a mess with all the different setups I have...

...Anyone follow ? :)
...And can anyone see why I need one ?
