Good night,
Rhino 1.01 update is now available. This patch fixes:
- Random crashes when switching presets.
- Incorrect tuning when played at other sample rates than the 44.1 KHz default.
- Problem in voices allocation that could sometimes mute Rhino entirely.
- Wrong version number was displayed.
The update is a small zip file that contains the .dll and the standalone .exe files only. It's available at the site below, or at http://www.kvr-vst.com/~bigtick/rh101upd.zip.
Enjoy,
'Tick

Hey 'tick,
Rhino 1.01 makes a strange kind of sound. If you've seen the film "The Matrix" it's similar to right about when they find a carrier signal and he goes into modem wonderland.
Or just a weird sound if your prefer. :-\
Also, do you plan to allow reviews on it? I went to do so and it was still not available to review. Perhaps it's something Ben needs to handle when he gets back?

Hmm, do you mean something is wrong, or it's actually a quality ?Rhino 1.01 makes a strange kind of sound.
I've asked Ben to enable the reviews, but he's away in Germany by now, so you'll probably have to wait till he's back to enter reviews.

Good work 'Tick! No more patch change crashes.
One thing I did come across, however, was that there's a really odd little bug when editing the text boxes. If I open the text edit box, don't change anything and then hit Enter on my keyboard. The text edit box doesn't disappear and the Rhino UI is locked - I can't edit any parameters.
This doesn't seem to be host related, as I can get it to happen in Rhino standalone too.
Hope you can trace it 'Tick. Whatever happens, thanks for Rhino and the update. Keep up the good work!

yeah, I noticed that Collusion. You have to change the name before you can get out of it.
Any news on a manual? I might bite on this one for 80 Es,

Yes,
At first I thought it was yet another problem with the vstgui library, but CheezeMachine doesn't have the same bug, so it must be my sloppy programming again
The manual is still under construction, but coming up well. It really takes time to write the damn thing...

Hey Tick!
Wicked plug!! It's a bargain too!!
Take your time on the manual, the more you put into it - the more we know about Rhino! In the mean time, I'm off to do some Rhino programming!!
