Would you consider it a blasphemy if I said that I never owned (and probably never played) a NES in my life and I couldn't care less about how close to a real one this is?
That said, this thing looks great and most importantly sounds gorgeous in its full 8 (or less) bit glory. Certainly a worthy companion to neoretro even if it's not a proper novuzeit release... and double points for making it free, thanks Jack!
(edit: btw, cpu use is more or less a puny 10% on a PIII 1GHz here...
Jack, you sure you designed this?

I have the Gold version of Thief 1, but I haven't played through it yet. I found part 2 to be not as fun as part 1, because part 2 simply wasn't scary. Robots are not as frightening as zombies. Also part 2 had nearly exclusively "real world" scenarios and environments, whereas 1 focused much more on the fantasy elements, and had more imaginative scenarios because of that. I have part 3, but I honestly haven't had the urge to play it yet, mostly because it wasn't made by the original Looking Glass members... and from what I read the only big thing about 3 is Shalebridge Cradle, and it's sad if a whole game is only worth one of its levels.dubbyah wrote:i also love theif the dark project! what did you think about the sequels?

Front Mission: Gun Hazard - SNES

Of course naming favorites would change every day.
Oh no, unlike NEORETRO and some of your older Darkware plugins, you did not label the parameters, making it very hard to control by midi!

I still call it the Revolution. I can't bring myself to form my lips and spurt such an atrociously stupid name as Wii out loud.bobsled wrote:To heck with Wii, I'm playin' Syntendo.

Hey is Syntendo outputting mono correctly in your hosts?
One guy sent me an email and said that it only outputs sound on the left channel.
Syntendo is set to monophonic output internally... that shouldn't be happening.
Is that happening to you?
