I participated in the original group buy (like 2 years ago). I'm re-formatting windows on my machine today and I cannot find my original registration key (I though I saved a copy somewhere). I looked in the Sytrus folder and see there is no way to retreive it from there. I still have to check my work computer to see if the registration e-mail is there, but not likely.
How do I go about retrieving my registration key from Image-line?
Thanks,
Rick

Usually to update I download the demo from the Sytrus mini-site. Because mine copy is registered it automatically installs as the full version. I think after I reformat I will have to use a special registry key from Image-Line to get the full version again!calex wrote:I can re-download mine anytime as they have it as a link for anyone that has the program registered initially.
BTW - The image-line site is massive and makes my head spin. I hope I can get sorted out here.
Thanks,
Rick

I can't find the e-mail with my username/password. None of my usual usernames are being recognized. I think Image-line assigns you both the Username & Password.reflex wrote:http://my.flstudio.com
Is there any route for support using my e-mail address & credit card info?
