----Hey, just wanted to say I do dig this funky synth. It's kinda like FM synthesis on acid, but in a pretty good way ha-ha, so yeah, if ya haven't tried it out, well, yer sorta missing out, it's pretty easy to tweak and can sound really weird-ish if ya want it to.

Hi I have a question about the phase bender . . .
I'm using Sonar 5 and notice there's no midi learn function, so can you tell me what CC #'s the instrument uses so I can map an external controller to it? I can draw control envelopes no problem within Sonar, but it would be nice to also be able to tweak things live. BTW, this is the synth I've spent most time with so far in the Developer's challege so far. I really like the sound.

I like it, cuts thru nicely. I have no idea what exactly the middle section does, but putting the bars on the bottom produced some good combinations of sound.

I'm having no luck with Phasebender.
When I open the plug in eXT1.4.1. and play a note eXT locks up on me as soon as the note sound ends.
My machine is a P4 (yup) 2.4GHz WindowsXP SP2 type setup. Anyone else with similiar denormls like behavior?
Sorry, softegg, I wanna check out your creation but I've been unable to so far.

Hi,
don't expect any updates on Phasebender ( I lost the source files... ), but I have quite a few Ideas how to expand on the concept that I tried here. Phasebender was kind of a proof of concept. It is just one oscillator, that sounds quite versatile.
Inconvenients : Aliasing / Not very intuitive / rather harsh overall sounds. I have a few ideas how to improve all of this + 1 idea for a synth architecture where the phasebending oscillator could beccome useful. But do not expect anything soon.
