Help on buying a midi controller

Ok. Here's the deal, me and my friend are both buying a midi controller (one for each). After doing some basic research we came across with M-Audio Keystation Pro 88. What we want is a big range of octavas (pref. 88 keys or at least 76), a big amount of controllers as well, touch sensitivity and at least semi-piano keys. So is the Keystation Pro 88 worth its price? Is there something better at the same price (maybe even a little more expensive)?
