Nothing's fixed.

The download in my bin is STILL Samplemoog. But, if I re-try to add the 50 new Sampletron sounds, I now need to pay $14.99 for them.

WTF is this?! Dangle a free carrot and then make me pay? Uncool man. Now I AM bitching.

Hmmmm....they're SampleTron presets in my user downloads...log in, go to my downloads and voila...you don't need to add them to your cart....or am I confused about what you're doing?

Yep- you're confused.You must not have actually looked at what you've downloaded or you have not actually downloaded them or you would KNOW they are Samplemoog combis. My profile says they are Sampltron combis too just like yours does. But go ahead and download them and see what you get- Samplemoog combis is what you will end up with.

No they are NOT! I downloaded the soi-disant SampleMoog Multis yesterday, and they were just that. This AM, I DL'd the SampleTron Multis, and that's what they are. I've loaded them and played them both.

I'm not trying to turn this into a darma queen scenario.I didn't come here to make up a story. I'm not an idiot. I just want to resolve the issue. If I try to re-add those files I am being prompted to pay 14.99 for them. Lucky you if you got them. Look, If you don't want to actually help me out just stay away. Thanks in advance. I've contacted Esoundz about the technical issue. Perhaps it will be resolved tomorrow.

I DID download them and I do KNOW they are SampleTron combi's because I DID look at them and they were different from the first download. I have not yet used them but funx has and funx is a Mellotron junkie who would sell his soul for good Tron combi's. Ergo, they MUST be SampleTron combi's. Capiche?

I can't re-add a d/l to my user d/l area. If YOU can, I'd like to know how you are doing it and maybe then I could help you sort it out. The downloads in my user area never go away so no need to re-add them.

First, not EVERYONE'S download area is the same. It depends on what you bought on esoundz. If you bought SampleTron on esoundz then you are supposed to have the SampleTron combis for free in your download area. If they're not there then contact allen (at) esoundz (dot) com and he'll make sure they are there, FOR FREE, as promised to those that purchased SampleTron from esoundz. If someone didn't purchase SampleTron from esoundz but still wanted those combis then they can buy them if they want to (better than it not being offered at all right?).

Sorry for the confusion with the SampleMoog/SampleTron combis at first but a human mistake. If it was also in there when it shouldn't be then all I can say is that it was a mistake and wasn't intentional to tease anyone and then reveal they have to pay as some kind of ploy. We don't do things like that.

I e-mailed Esoundz about this issue. The sounds in my download area are STILL Samplemoog sounds. They SAY they are Sampletron sounds but they in fact are Samplemoog sounds. I don't own Samplemoog but I own Sampletron and I fukkin love the shit out of it. I'm going to score a soundtrack with it. Wow! Can someone help my situation??

Ok, Esoundz solved the issue with the download file. I spoke to them on the phone and they resolved it in about 30 minutes. Good deal!
