Image-Line log in issue solved2007-11-30T08:16:58+00:00I am sorry to post again in this forum, I know it's not the place.
I have been a registered user since 3.something, but I can no longer log in to the forums. I am no longer getting update information, or FL newsletters.
I have made at least two support tickets, changed my password at least twice (I think three times now). I tried again tonight, no luck. I've tried everything I can think of, two different browsers, I'm going in circles- support ticket>email with new password>log in>log in fails>support ticket>I get a new password, go to log in, I get a password invalid message.
I have done everything I can do, but I have apparently fallen off of the Image-Line radar.
I need an email address that is not the online support address. It's not working.
Something has been messed up with my account. I need to know what YOU think my user name, email address, and password are.
Please PM me, I will provide my original user name, the email address that I used when I first purchased Fruityloops and hopefully this can be worked out.

I just had a rude introduction to the new ImageLine system.
Everything's sorted now, but I really have to say what a clumsy, ill-performed migration.
You guys could have at least notified me (and all other product owners) of the change via email, and even given some basic instruction on how to transfer our accounts, rather than just letting us find out whenever and then fumble about badly trying to figure out how to get in again and access our products.
We did try to notify all users by email, but a large percentage of mails bounces whenever we send out a mailing (notification like this, newsletter, ...).
