I would swear with the amount of work you have done lately (both audio and video) that you don't have job, wife, or social life. :hihi: It's pretty amazing actually. I do wish you spent as much time working on your mixes as you do writing/performing them. I always find myself wishing you had dropped some of these utube tracks into a decent mixing environment as they always sound very 'live'. Well done considering, but uncontrolled and lacking space in the mix (from an audiophiles perspective). It is fun to watch you play with your machines though. :)
Tarnce-ish seems to have disappeared suddenly.

yeah, had to repost it youtube messed the conversion cause of some maintenance

once i have 10-12 songs that are album-izable, ill multitrack them and mix them, but the reason i went to do live stuff, is as soon as i multitrack something, i never finish it and keep on nitpicking every last details for months

but once i am sure i have album worrthy songs(if you can call my noodlings songs) ill mix them properly to get them released

BTW, i have a full time job, but since iÈm in home arrest, i have no social life lol

Instead of flooding the web with unfinished live noodling, have you ever considered exercising a quality control policy? Maybe only tell the rest of the world about the stuff you've worked on for a few months to a finished state? I think a little nitpicking on every last detail would be a blessing.

You're posting this stuff every day here (and on em411, and for a while on livePA, etc etc), most of it has the feel of being minor variations on the same material. No one wants to see some guy practising every day, no matter how much green screen you throw at it. If your goal is to promote your music as music, you might want to avoid creating the image of "the spammer guy who holds down two keys and turns a knob."

Not trying to attack you, but your web efforts seem like a textbook case of how not to create a brand as a musician. That, and both here and em411 have webradios based on user release posts. Seems a bit rude to the community to constantly fill it up with your own stuff.

ok
so over with the cafe too
But I will keep youtubing everyday as its my fresolution till I'm free

i donÈt even know livePA, so it wasnt me posting there i guess, but i get it, i wont post in the cafe anymore
the thing is i do live stuff exclusively, im out of the recording game for a few years now, because i got tired of it with all the quantizingéoverdubbing stuff that never gets finished(if you saw how much stuff i have lying around unfinished from my rock days, something i donÈt want to be stuck with again(10 of songs in an unfinished folder))
anyway, i guess it was my last cafe post, itÈs sad, cause i always got a few 10Ès of clicks from here on every clip, so someone, somewhere is probably liking it more than you do

I see you have attained similar results at the electribe forums as well...

I don't think it is the material as much as the approach, but between the frequency and the unfinished nature of the output it can seem a bit abusive.

I mean... really?

its ok I get it I wont post here anymore sorry
but at 8-900 views a day I surely interest somebody to hear real live stuff
anyway, farewell music cafe

i don't promote the "music" i promote the performance of the said music, which in this case is pretty accessory (in a rave full of stoned people, i played a kick alone for minutes and got applauded, so they just don't care what plays as long as there is a 4 on the floor beat to it

but i get your point, i wont use YOUR precious cafe for my electro stuff, ill leave it to all the experimental/ambiant posters and keep on posting it on youtube where i get new subscribers everyday without the "help" of any of those forums of people, as i understand it, prefer to listen to experimental/studio cheats instead

i did the studio/super editing/nitpicking for years before most people could even produce sound from their computer, and i got tired of it and decided to go back to the raw, live music instead of faking it in a sequencer with unlimited possibilities

experimental/studio cheats? Nobody was attacking your choice of musical style that you work in...so why are you attacking the method of musical expression others choose? Interesting you should be downing the use of sequencers, studio editing, computer use, etc. considering KVR is at heart a forum for audio plug ins. That is the nature of this place. That being said, it doesn't mean this place is soley for the experimental/ambient crowd as you have insinuated. Also interesting that you make the comment about faking things with the use of sequencers/computers while discussing your electro stuff with 4 on the floor beats in the same post. There are plenty of multi-instrumentalists here as well, and dare I say some that have more time and experience in the field of music than yourself. Please keep that in mind while you're disrepecting the forum you've been posting stuff in daily for quite some time.

Anyhow, this is not to say you shouldn't do whatever music you like...that is your right and your choice, of course. People were only recommending that you should develop your ideas into completed songs before you post them, instead of spamming the cafe daily with some partial live jams or whatever. No, its not anyone else's cafe as you have alluded to, but its not exclusively yours either. Again, it also comes down to showing some respect for other artists' work and letting others share their material here as well.

Are you always such a crybaby? No one is saying you have to leave, just asking for you to ease up a bit.

Honestly, do you think the constant posting is reasonable and respectful of what others are trying to do here?

But, apologies about LivePA, thought it was you.
