Hi, after test Largo on Live 7 I have to say that the sounds is really good, but version 1.0 has any bugs.

- Doesn't write programs normaly, sometimes works, other times no (Incredible 200€!! and no bugfree)

- Screen refresh is poor, sometimes same screen overlap other screen mixing graphics

-Panning doesn't works!!! If you adjust to left pan no sound. Center and Right is the same! Incredible!!!!

-Patches management is very poor compared like Sylenth or Gladiator

I'm very dissapointed, no by the sound quality but the plugin bugs, like a product not ended or in beta still!!!!!

The worst thing is load and save programas! Anyone knows how to do that well?

Other thing is I dont know where to ask for responses. No Waldorf forum! Is there any email for support?

Other thins is elicenser. When I installed it, i inserted the key that goes on cd and then connects to internet and when license arrives says a message like:

"this code is permanently INVALID"

GODDD, then if my PC crash my code on the cd doesnt allow me to re-license??? Is now INVALID??

Waldorf Support = SHIT !!!

Everything is fine with Sonar and Cubase..only bug i get is the saving programs from within Largo..save them VST top of Largo and all is fine.
Screen refresh no problem either..Panning ok are you sure your doing this right?

Like i say i cannot speak for Live etc..only Sonar and Cubase 5..

ok you must be doing something wrong like this:

There are 2 panning controls..one is next to filter 1 and the other is next to filter 2.

The inner knobs control the volume of the pan.
To pan L/R or whatever on both you need to click on the outer grey area and drag left or right.

You must have been using the knob which turns down the volume...

iv'e marked the arrows on the area..it's rough but will do..
now try panning..

also do the same for the panning beside filter 2 if you have 2 filters switched on parallel or serial.

Perhaps if you looked and asked, before denouncing the entire company for what seems to be a localised problem, you may have better results.

Waldorf Support = SHIT !!!

If the code were still valid after downloading the license , it could be used for activating any other copy . It is the normal procedure with Syncrosoft . You can transfer the license to a dongle , if your religion allows you to do so .

Have you register as an user at Waldorf's site ? . It could do wonders while asking for support .

The code is on your box with the dvd..install again then go to licence control center and type in again (8 sets of 4 letters) to download licence.
I just transfered mine to another key as i was running it with my cubase key

They should have their own forum. It's kinda funny that Geoff has set up a patch repository on his site and you're offering to set up an unoffical forum on your site! If waldorf consolidated things themselves it would show that they are there to support their customers and go a long way to raising their profile imo, even if it's on kvr.

Yes it is . Just run the License Control Center in Syncrosoft's quick start menu and select "transfer" in "wizards" .

It has it's advantages...

And remember they've been around in one form or another a lot longer than KVR.
