+1 It looks VERY good in that skin.

Should look that good in almost every skin, since it's just three colors

If it gets chosen the skin designers will of course get each layer separately so they can customize the colors how they wish.

I really like this one too.

I'm wondering though, are the devilish horns and goatee necessary? They seem horribly incongruous to the overall design and theme (and perhaps even a bit juvenile).

I mean no offense to system20, as this is a really good effort. IMHO though, I'd lose the horns and up the size of the radioactive symbol (which is really well done).

sorry Hlis - it doesn't work that way... at least not for me. And please don't take it the wrong way... I do really like the work you did here but:

These are pitches for the "competition"
if they get Mike's vote - fine
if not (and it looks like this is going to be the case) they'll be put back in my drawer and I'm not letting people use them.

this wasn't a charity gig... times are tough - not really but they have been better - hehe.

on a side note: if people don't recognize the symbol as "a sphere/planet whose mantel has been cut open so you can see the core" I guess I failed to get that idea across visually
