If it's any consolation, I can't take my eyes of the new Slim Phatty and the price here in Aus. is only $50 more than the US ... bargain!

Peace,
Andy.

That does look pretty interesting! :D

Damn it, Camel Audio released two new soundsets for Alchemy Player and I could find a use for them RIGHT NOW! But I'm out of studio budget!

I wonder if I could sell my body on the street for enough cash to get 'em?

:-o  :help: :nutter: :uhuhuh:
people have some pretty wide ranging fetishes, so I imagine that no matter what your personal appearance, you could develop a niche market for your services. maybe post in the marketplace for a trade? :D

not a lot of cash, so I'm hoping he adhered to the cardinal rule of sex workers: "never kiss the john." :D

waitaminnit; it was $59 for both soundbanks? i haven't even looked at them (broke and absolutely no one would pay for my services).

Yeah, "Cinematic Atmospheres" and "Cinematic Impacts" both for $59 and a bonus set of sounds thrown in! Just could NOT pass that up! :-o :-o

As to what I did for the money, well, let's just say it involved a hand-cranked eggbeater, 2 whole peaches, a cup of plain yogurt, three feet of bungie cord and a lot of Barry Manilow playing in the background! :o :-o    :help:

I have this weird fantasy of myself as an old guy in some home with an ancient (current now) laptop, with all my current and future software on it. My guitar too, but possibly some crazy future midi controller guitar I don't own (doesn't exist?) yet. I'm sitting there in the foyer with headphones in pants pulled up to my armpits (possibily an adult diaper too) giving passer bys looks because they are ruining my jam. I'm inwardly happy though, because I got all the stuff (what does this even mean?) before the cut off. I did it. I finally splurged on the Soundtoys bundle right before I retired!

I'm aware I'm crazy.

Today an MS20 came over to visit me for a few months while it's owner is on tour. It came with its sequencer and with its smaller twin which acts as a controller for the software version. That makes me feel tempted to buy that legacy analog edition... :help:

(I had so much gear lust this year though, it hurts... bought 4 vintage synths and borrowed 3 more)

i basically have the same fantasy. although in mine, I have archived a few computers (the ones yet to come). although on my way home from work today I was worried about the software that's call and response; probably won't work anymore when i'm 112. that could be a problem. the best part of this fantasy will be the slide guitar you can do with your oxygen tank as a slide. think of the big meaty tone you'll get from it.

aww c'mon now. that's just mean. I'm happily married, but if Zoe Deschanel were to show some interest in me I would be completely overwhelmed. that's what that site you linked to is basically doing to me. I don't need it, but my god it looks great.

You're telling me! My paypal account has developed the equivalent of blue balls from saving all year. I've had the chance to play with so many cool toys over the last few months, but I just have to keep repeating my mantra "you're doing it for the bananas, you're doing it for the bananas..."
