I got recently a request to add bridges to my tracks, so what are those bridges. Examples would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

A bridge is typically just a new section of music, usually unlike any other section (but not an introduction, solo/break, or outro).

Many pop songs follow a formula like this:

Verse 1
Verse 2
Chorus
Verse 3
Chorus (sometimes double)
Solo/Break
Bridge
Verse and/or Choruses.

Sometimes the Bridge is in place of the solo break.

There may be one or two Bridges in a song too (3 would be relatively rare).

They also usually "connect" sections in some way (why it's called a bridge).

Sometimes in Jazz 32 bar forms that are AABA, if the A sections have the "refrain" type lyrics, the B section is called the Bridge.

It would help to listen to a lot of music and learn to define the sections to be able to recognize them when they happen.
