I started using Ableton 1 year ago, and I really like it, that's why I'm going to buy it. I give up trying to explain you how messed up life has been for some people \ countries, or the things i've been missing in the past years.

Cubase sucks btw, Reaper was (and is) great! and they didn't care that much about not buying it.

I like it. Its really simple and does exactly what I am looking for. As long as 32 bit is the only problem (not a big deal to me right now) then I will run with it.

I've been using Live since v5 ... on 8.3 now. Live 8 has been stable for me for years now, after a few "teething" problems. I bought into the Suite during v7. No regrets back then, so with 33% off it's a total bargain imho

Lol, excuses. When i decided to be active in this forum i deleted all of my pirated stuff and start my original plugin collection 1 by 1, start fresh since kvr inspired me too.

Now the question is will you die if you don't use ableton live? You make it as if your life depends on using ableton live. So what if you're poor? Ton of freeware and cheap daw to use. It's not that you don't have any money, it's just you wanted to use live no matter how.

For f**ks sake, do you want to know my personal life? want to know about my friend traveling to the US, having a special deal, sharing equipment back at home with other people. Things have changed a lot! I haven't found a stable job for 5 years. Do you even know what Troika is, and their stupid deals with a very bad government? I have a couple of pirated VSTs, I'm removing them for free ones. Waiting for Zebra 3 to buy it. Then all the rest will probably be Freeware cause there's lots of good stuff. and thank you MusicRadar for the CM editions! It just looks like you have an image of me like being a dude filled with lots of crap I don't use \ pay for.

You've been looking for months? Looks like you didn't make that much effort to actually buy anything much earlier than months ago (when I assume you had a job as that is implied) as there are posts back as far as 2007 with comments like this:

one of the reasons i wouldn't buy something from steinberg, and there are many more, some members of this board even reported that the cracked version of cubase works even better (more stable) than the original versions! Company doesn't care = I don't care, simple!

I use the illegal version because they discriminate!

I would also recommend him to stop posting about pirated software, that's not good for him nor for this forum.

And if you don't buy Live in the end, pay for your copy of Reaper, it's not that expensive and all your previous excuses about why you didn't pay for Cubase don't really apply to it. If you keep using Reaper and don't purchase it, all you said about Cubase would be not just poor excuses, they would be simply lies.

Mr. Pirate,do you know what kills economies in countries, pirating software...developing software is hard work and not paying for software is stealing there is a free trial of Live 8 Suite on the Ableton site, you can save and load projects, it's working 30 days , so there are no excuses to use pirated stuff...
