I'm really sorry to hear how long it is taking you, U-o to get support. It's really sad, because if more authorizations were needed, this might be what a person could expect. I'm glad I don't have to worry about it (everything I own uses either serial # or software key), but I am never pleased to see someone else's misfortune. I hope you get a response from support, U-o.

I think you will have more luck with contacting their support. Their forum looks very, very abandoned... or use Tweet @NovationHelp (google it). Looks like they answer there quite frequently.U-o wrote:I'm still waiting, so I added a topic into official forum.

It's a shame you are having to go through so many hoops, just to get software that you paid for authorized.
No C/R for me thanks!

If you are referring to what U-o posted about contacing Novation support, how i understood it, he only wants to know how many activations he has left:

The activation process is described here, and does not differ from other software plugins:U-o wrote:I'm not sure, because I am third owner (2 times activated by me), so I don't know how many activations is still available. Is it some way how to find out it?

Whatever reason he contacted support, he's not getting the support. Or do you, chk071, assume he would get a response faster if it was about authorization?

Actually i would think so, yes.
That's not the point though, U-o said that the support does not reply, then audiojunkie picks up the point to express why he thinks that the copy protection sucks so much, although U-o's support request has nothing to do with not being able to authorize his product.
