Yeah the drift does some weird oscillation in the Digi mode ! The possibilities seem so huge with this unit, you really did an amazing job. I can't make it sound bad.
I noticed a bug with the display of "Dual Mono" on the VU meter, when you choose it it doesn't display correctly . I saw it in Reaper (latest 64bit version) and Ableton Live 8 (64bit), I'm on Windows 7 64bit.

IVGI is definitely a great and versatile saturation plugin, but this...
and the intro price is a steal. Great work, Klanghelm!

Then my eyes fooled me.tonhelm wrote:The price for VUMT didn't go up. It's 8 € for about a year now.
Which is fine nonetheless. Considering the "lifetime update" offering, and how much work you put into both DC8C-2 and SDRR.tonhelm wrote:As for the intro price: I've not decided yet how long it may last. But at least until the end of October. And rest assured, it won't cost a fortune afterwards, more something around 30€.
I'm not Tony, so I can't decide what he might code next.Endor-8o8 wrote:Ahah great ! I was looking at my DC8C2 and the SDRR and thought that the only missing unit from Klanghelm is an Eq with the same kind of toolbox/kit concept that SDRR and DC8C2 are built on.
So with "you might be on to something", I meant that in general.
Most of the comming weeks will be covered with fine tuning and support. So... yeah, we'll just have to wait and see.

I would say it is as useful if not more so than all the other "Circuit" efforts around right now, not trying to replace the DAWs mixing abilities but add/enhance it is way better than creating some faux "Strip" that ends up becoming a bit bloated/annoying (From experience)Compyfox wrote:Though keep in mind, this is still not a console channel strip!
..........
Can't wait to give this a good working over, IVGI added just enough to Guitar sims to give them that little bit of life and was very nearly there on channels in the DAWs mixer to bring that alive too.

Is this aimed at guitar & live instruments or will this work on synth/electronic stuff?

Can work with anything you throw at it.

It works well with anything indeed.
Acoustic and electronic, both.
The default tube setting is not best with drum machines (you have to tweak it and the eq focus knob helps greatly at this), but the Digi, desk or Fuzz modes can sound great with analogue synth basslines or IDM beats. Also the Tube mode, of course, but it requires some tweakings (it is not "inyour face instant gratification" like some other distortion plugins).
