Hm, the video on the top tells another story. Actually this guy is using 3 Lfos on one osc and 3 on the other osc, and then 2 for both... He also uses adsr 3 times on one osc. So with this amount of adsr and Lfos, very subtile and fine patches would be possible.
You are talking about the Xpander in the video, while fmr was pointing at olikana's statement about John Carpenter's four voice..... apples and oranges really

Arturia just came out with a Matrix-12. Discussion here.

Based on that discussion: how interesting it would be to have something like the Matrix/Xpander with the sound of the 70's OBs...

Wow thanks for this tip! This vst seems to be the perfect analog emulation for 80ies sound!

There are other synths that can do eighties sounds very well, Dexed (for DX7 sounds) and SQ8L comes to mind.

My own Ragnarök (with Full Bucket) is not bad either

It is even very good. It's incredible the number of beautiful things which can be done with only two oscillators!

Yeah man I already realized that and would love to use your synth. Sadly I cannot use it, since I am on Mac / Hackintosh, like a lot of others. I read that Mac audio community is today larger than Win audio community....

Yes, Olikana. You are correct. In the absence of a third envelope, a re-triggable ramp waveform in the LFO section should be able to produce similar results.

So if I don't get my third envelope I want at least a ramp! Hear my prayer, oh Mighty 2DaT!

No it was some yearly stats about market. Of course win has 95 % of the world, but 99% of that do ms office

since osx is the better audio os, I BELIEVE IT.

There was a time when MS-DOS was the biggest (at home).

I started with MS-DOS and Cakewalk 1.0 about 20 years ago. It was MIDI only, and I mixed down to cassette.
