But, you only used additive math. What about subtractive, spectral, and granular?Numanoid wrote:So what happens on July 7th ?
Why is that such a significant date?
7 day of the seventh month in the year 2015
7 + 7 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 5 = 22
2 + 2 = 4

So Apple acquiring Camel Audio is still the most popular theory then?
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

dunno about that, if it did, there would have been a thread on kvrKriminal wrote:It took one day to go viral, so it seemed to work.wasi wrote:If you mean the note they left on their website if you happened to swing by, yeah, but that's hardly "telling" anybody.Kriminal wrote:Nothing new there, they told us this info in January.

Well, not really...at least not for everyone. The email I received from Camel Audio today was the first I had heard about it.Kriminal wrote:It took one day to go viral, so it seemed to work.wasi wrote:If you mean the note they left on their website if you happened to swing by, yeah, but that's hardly "telling" anybody.Kriminal wrote:Nothing new there, they told us this info in January.
Perhaps they assumed that all their users' lives revolve around discussion groups, Facebag, etc. Not a good assumption. For my part, I have to avoid as many distractions as possible to stay productive. If they hadn't sent that email today, I still wouldn't know about it.
They used to notify me when they updated their software, so that's how I stayed in the loop, Camel-wise. But apparently, once they stopped updating their software, they went incommunicado. In the absence of any notifications from them, I had no reason to visit their website.
So, yeah...I guess you can say it worked for a some people, but clearly it didn't work for everyone.

I keep hoping that Simon will still throw Alchemy Subscription holders a bone with a new pack focused on themes of death and resurrection. With a slapstick bardo in between, of course.
Tangled roots perplex her ways.

Understood. I just have a feeling that Alchemy will never rise again in an admirable fashion without a healthy dose of your peculiarly invigorating sonic yeast. Thank's - well, should it re-appear in some obscure applefied manifestation - which I highly doubt - I might touch it again, but as for now, it's a dead horse to me.anxiousmofo wrote:Understood. At least they got rid of all the known bugs before killing it off though.
Unlike ANOTHER piece software that you are currently supporting/creating presets for.

Every software I use has bugs, there is no bug-free software in my world and I don't care, my work ain't bug-free either.
