Same problem in Reaper 4.78 64-bit while the VST2 of Waves Element works (and also Codex did when i owned it). Also the VST3 plugins of the Waves effect plugin demos are working in Cubase Pro 8.Numanoid wrote:This is quite crazy, as far as I know Live is one of the most used DAWs, obviously serious vendors need to support such DAWs all the way.Ingonator wrote:Reply from Waves support was that the y officially only support Live unti v9.1.8. So does it mean the plugins do not run with later versions? If that is correct it is a real bummer for me.
Does users really need to read the fine print before buying from Waves?
Seems to be a problem with the Waves VST2 effect plugins, at least in Windows.
