I have lots of delays but I think there is a still a gap in the market for a delay with a really great component modelled and/or ZDF filter - I was hoping Bloom would have one given the D-Cam filters available, but it was disappointing in that respect. What's the filter like in this?

thanks, I'll probably hold off looking at this until it comes up in the sales. I've still not fully explored PSP Echo yet and I also have Tape One, Replika, Ohmboyz as well as an Eventide H9 and a Revox tape machine.

It's on sale right now.
Even if you only used this for the presets (there seem to be well in excess of 100) it will pay for itself. They sound bloody amazing. And if you're feeling adventurous later on, you can get stuck into the details, since it's a proper, full featured Plugin. My 2c.
I dare you to try the demo and not be impressed.

Hm, demo video sounds great... But I just bought VTAPE a while ago and it's so good. I'm such a sucker for delays though, especially when they include a loop mode.

Have you tried Dr. Device by Audio Damage? Great filter-delay combo.aMUSEd wrote:I have lots of delays but I think there is a still a gap in the market for a delay with a really great component modelled and/or ZDF filter - I was hoping Bloom would have one given the D-Cam filters available, but it was disappointing in that respect. i bought this delay. It's sick as hell. The guy is so fun to tweak and it sounds amazing. I have plenty of days including Valhalla & sound toys but it still gives u different results and quick. Pick this up if u can.

Xils filters always sound great. Do you know which emulations are in Le Masque? I've never demoed it for some reason.Lotuzia wrote:OT : Xils-Lab Le Masque has 0df filters though. Having a problem using the demo with Reaper or EnergyXT2.7 with Windows XP SP3. Using either the LFO rate dial or the display to adjust the LFO rate in either sync mode:-
1)the rate suddenly jumps and then cannot be adjusted again
2)or nothing happens at all
3)display switches to delay time mode when trying to use the display to adjust the LFO rate
4)mouse wheel does nothing when trying to adjust the LFO rate via the LFO rate dial or the display.
Adjusting the delay time section works fine when using either the delay time dial or the display and works fine with the mouse wheel control.
Got some nice sounds out of it, but, not being able to really use the LFO, I can't really judge it. Have loads of delay plugins and I am not sure if this really offers anything new that I really need....but the loyalty discount + intro price might just tempt me.........
