Is it possible to control the individual parameters with MIDI?

Replicating hardware limitations isn't really a good software UI decision, mouseclicking doesn't have "authentic vintage feel".

Any ETA, Bruno?
Hi Jeremiah,

release date is estimated for February, no big additional delays for now...:)

Yes, all synthesizer parameters are controllable using MIDI CC# (all at the same time obviously). The CC# are preserved accordingly to the original CC#.

Echoes in the Attic wrote:Agree with EvilDragon. I'm not clicking a button for every knob I want to see. That is a sever hardware limitation I wouldn't put up with in software. Sounds great, but will wait until there is a skin with all of the controls visible. As there are so few, I do indeed want to see them all "now". Tabs are annoying enough, but when a tab contains one parameter, yikes.
It seems my amazing metaphor (a few posts above) has not convinced so much so far... :D

No problem, for those like you who are not convinced by my "GUI approach", I wish you'll change your mind (or better, go beyond this aspect) once you'll listen to it !

The DSP side is something I put on 1st place with this release. It is by an order of magnitude much more accurate than previous versions (1.x and 2.x). In LittleOne ver 3.0, all synth components can be deeply twisted, stretched and they'll always be "stable" also when all the non-linearities are enabled. To simulate everything, a set of very recent approaches have been adopted, but also all the processing is internally performed natively with 64bit precision, also for internal audio i/o streams (wdl).

There's not so much time left (finally) until the final release, so I really wish LittleOne ver 3.0 will be appreciated. I'm very proud of it and for me its development has been a wonderful journey. :)

Any small delay could be caused by the huge amount of contour things like making the new manual, update the website (it will natively support retina displays and beyond), etc...

I'm also making an audio demo (very "80s") in these days. :phones:

Does that mean that there is no MIDI learn?

Sounds impressive... If version 3 sounds actually better than version 2 I will be seriously impressed.

Hehe, 80's is the new 70's (retro) these days. :) I've been able to get some very 70's-sounding leads out of versions 1 & 2.
A well-behaved signature.

No MIDI learn and AAX support in the very first release of version 3.0. It's the only way to avoid further delays. Also the "<" ">" arrows from the presets navigator will be temporary missing (but the menu-based presets navigator works just fine).

Well, that software/interface is also intellectual property of Moog Music Inc., so if I'll make an alternative GUI for LittleOne, it will be different from that for sure, eheh :)

Much better... 8)

And the factory library is much more extended, about 400 presets, including also some lovely "70s stuff" (and a ton of 80s/90s).

Whaoh ! That's great !

So it will be much heavier !

Will there be a case provided with it ?

Something like this one:

I am a big fan of LittleOne V2!
I will certainly buy version 3.
But I would also like an advanced gui like the software editor of the Little Phatty.
So an alternative gui to your original gui would be great! :-)

It can sound like angels singing, but if it's a nuisance to use, it's NOT going to be an interesting and enjoyable experience overall.

Hmm. One would think that a working product would be more important than some arbitrary release date.

Good luck anyway
